1 |
The name of the society shall
be “NOIDA MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATION” here in after called the
NMA.
|
|
2 |
The registered office of the
society shall be situated in Noida, Distt: Gautam Budh
Nagar, (U.P.) at the place notified by the Executive
Committee, from time to time.
|

OBJECTIVES: |

The Association shall be a
Public Charitable, Literary and Scientific Society having
its OBJECTIVES inter-alia |
| |
 |
To promote and develop
management science education. |
| |
|
To promote amongst members
exchange of knowledge, experience and ideas on sound
management principles and practices. |
| |
|
To make available benefits of
its activities and facilities to the public at large. |
| |
|
To promote
education in theory and practice of management and related
subjects through meetings, discussions, lectures, research
projects, seminars, conferences, programmes of studies.
Dissemination and exchange of information, experience and
ideas, libraries, publication of booklets, abstracts,
journals and periodicals. It will also publish books and
conduct classes of AIMA, (Diploma in Management) in
consultation with |

AIMA - Council, including
setting up a nodal centre of AIMA at Noida,(Greater Noida)
for imparting education and whole classes of diploma courses
of different management subjects. |

|
To collaborate and cooperate
with other management associations or similar institutions
in India and abroad in the task of advancing the aims and
objects of the association and also getting itself
affiliated to any similar National and International body,
if considered necessary. |

|
To take up case studies and
project works in any field of management including those
specially required to meet the need and requirement of
small scale industries which have mushrooming presence in
Noida/Greater Noida. |
| |
|
To provide professional
counseling services/consultancy to its members or
non-members. The activities of the association shall be
mainly confined to NOIDA & GERATER NOIDA area. It can
arrange its activities at any other places or place as may
be required. |
