Our Programs & Activities:


	Group Discussion :
	One of the popular activities of the NMA is the group and panel discussion meeting in dfferenrt function areas of managements. These meeting are for exchanging the views on subject/problems that the managers deal with in the day to day work life.
	Seminars And Courses :
	Ranging from short programmes to one- week courses, these need-based programmes cover different functional area of management. Designed and structured by experienced professional managers, these programmes impart training using modern techniques like case study, role play structure exercise , group discussions and business games, along with lectures and presentations.
	Film Shows :
	Regular film shows on management themes are arranged for te members.
	Special Tasks :
	By eminent speakers on topical subjects
	Colloquium And Dinner Meetings :
	Meeting like these help to bring member together and to meet important visitors or speakers
	Plant Visits :
	Regular plant visits to the industries in and around Noida and Greater Noida are arranged to enable the members to have first hand experience of the working of a factory
	Working Group :
	Working groups of experts are constituted and made available to give guidance , advice and solution of problems of members / small scale industries.
	Community Service Programmes :
	These would help NMA in spreading modern management practice to important areas like hospitals and public utilities.
